As part of routine maintenance, UITS will be rebooting the University firewall in the Data Center next Tuesday, July 26th, between 5:30-7:30 a.m. During these activities, Student Affairs employees may be unable to log into their computers to access system resources.
This bi-annual maintenance is comparable to previous system maintenance and should have similar impacts, which include:
- intermittent connectivity to all network services
- interruptions that will affect major services
- loss of communication among systems during the outage
