With the support of senior administration and as a result of a recent State audit finding, a change in the reconciliation process of the PCard program will now require a Next Level Supervisor sign –off signature on each PCard log sheet. A Next Level Supervisor can be defined as the person who the cardholder immediately reports to. In preparation for this change, cardholders will be required to provide the name of their Next Level Supervisor when they visit Procurement Services to pick up their renewed PCard. Additional information will be forthcoming regarding this change.
