Procard Reminder

New Procards are available for pickup for cardholders with current cards expiring on 10/31/16.

Procurement Services has developed a refresher training guide and short quiz that must be completed by the cardholder and any secondary users prior to picking up your card.  A passing grade of 85% is required to obtain your new Procard.  The link for the training guide is provided below.  At the end of the guide there is a link to the quiz with instructions.

New PCards are available for pick up in the Purchasing Department between 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.  The cardholder must appear in-person to pick up and sign for their own card.   To do so, you will need to turn in  your current PCard and present a valid UConn identification.  Your new PCard will not be released until we have verified that you and your secondary users have passed the quiz.

PCards for employees at the regional campuses may be picked up by a designee, only if the cardholder has provided a signed letter authorizing them to do so.  If a designee will be picking up your card, you must contact Nancy Patrylak in advance for additional instructions.

NOTE:    Please remember to bring your current PCard and valid UConn identification. As a reminder, your current PCard is valid through October 31st.
