Human Resources, in collaboration with Budget & Planning, has implemented a streamlined process for requesting changes to the University’s Organizational Structure (formerly the MUD table). The new method includes an online form and the use of the University’s Ticket Request System (ServiceIT-Footprints). The types of changes that may be submitted include:
- Changes to Organization Heads and Reporting Relationships
- Requests for a New Organization Code
- Requests to In-activate an existing Organization Code
By utilizing the ServiceIT system, requests will be routed to individuals at the University for appropriate action; including notification to Budget & Planning for potential KFS Account needs. Requestors will be sent an email notification of each action taken by the appropriate individual in the workflow. The new method will take effect starting February 19, 2018.
