Throughout the spring semester, Human Resources and our University partners, especially the ITS Project Management Office and ITS integration teams, have made progress in configuring the new recruitment and onboarding system through PageUp People. Human Resources remains on target to implement this new applicant tracking system during fall 2019.
The system will include a mobile-friendly interface for both applicants and end-users; replace the existing Special Payroll Authorization Request (SPAR) system; contain onboarding portals to welcome new employees and provide important information upon offer acceptance; and integrate with existing centrally-supported job boards, including Broadbean and Academic Jobs Online (AJO), and Smart HR/Core-CT.
Human Resources has assembled a Readiness Council, consisting of more than 60 employees from across the University, and this group will soon begin to test the modules within the system and provide feedback.
