As previously announced, employees may add or drop dependents to/from health insurance from 6/1/2020 – 6/30/2020 without experiencing a qualifying life event. These changes would be effective 7/1/2020.
Employees wishing to add or drop dependents may request a form prior to 6/30/2020 by emailing Benefits@uconn.edu.
If adding dependents, employees must provide copies of relationship documentation (e.g., marriage certificate for a spouse, long-form birth certificate for each child).
