Mindful Eating Program

 

As the holiday season is quickly approaching, are you interested in learning about Mindful Eating and becoming a healthier eater? We have a program designed to educate as well as support, encourage and facilitate you to raise mindfulness about what foods you are eating.  This program is an online/texting program OR a private Facebook group (your choice) designed to educate as well as support, encourage and facilitate discussion as an effort to raise mindfulness about what foods are being eaten. If interested you will be asked to participate in a research study to evaluate the effectiveness of different approaches to prevent mindless eating! To learn more, go to:
