Catering Curbside Offering Easter Specials

UConn Catering (a division of UConn Dining Services) is offering a couple of Easter specials!

Baked Ham Meal for 6: Baked carved ham with scalloped potatoes, roasted green tip carrots, and asparagus. Served with a mesclun salad with dried cranberries, maple glazed almonds, and a balsamic vinaigrette. Dinner rolls and butter.  – $75

Oven-baked egg frittata for your Easter brunch! Choose from 4 different kinds:

  • Potato, Caramelized Onion & Gruyere
  • Sausage, Red Pepper & Mushroom
  • Traditional Lorraine, Bacon, Onion, Swiss Cheese
  • Spinach, Roasted Red Pepper & Feta

Serves 12 people $36.00

All orders need to be placed by April 1.  If your pickup is for Easter (Sunday, April 4) – you will need to pick up by 3pm on that day.
