The Division of Student Affairs has named Tracey Roy as the Interim Executive Director of Dining Services, effective immediately, as Dennis Pierce is out on leave. In this role, Tracey will direct the management of the campus dining operation, which consists of residential dining, catering, retail operations, centralized production, business, human resources and marketing functions.

To support this move, Mike White was named Interim Senior Associate Director for Dining Services and is responsible for the direction of all aspects of the University’s food service daily operations, including Residential Dining, Catering, Spring Valley Student Farm, and Retail Operations. Robert Landolphi has been appointed to the role of Interim Associate Director for Residential Dining, with oversight of all of the residential dining units, as well as continuing to oversee Culinary Development.

The Division of Student Affairs appreciates the willingness of Tracey, Mike and Rob, and all of the Dining Services staff, to step up during this time to continue the award-winning service that Dining is known for.
