Would you like to get more active? Join Human Resources and UConn Recreation again for a 5-week Walking4Wellness Challenge this summer!
The walking challenge incorporates a collaborative walking goal or friendly competition that involves keeping track of miles walked per week to meet a specific challenge goal. This challenge is designed for those considering making meaningful lifestyle changes to those who are already practicing healthful habits.
Every step counts! Challenge yourself, friends, and colleagues to the Walking4Wellness Challenge – and maybe win a prize while you’re at it!
Platform: UConn Rec Haku and Microsoft Teams
Program Dates: May 30th – July 4th (5 weeks)
Last Day to Submit Miles: August 5th
Register as an individual or a team of 2 or more employees.
Upon registration, you will be enrolled as a team member in the Walking4Wellness Microsoft Teams site. Turn on notifications for the Walking4Wellness site so you can stay engaged and earn bonus points.
